These conditions apply to reading and reusing material published on volume-profile-lab.org. They are deliberately short: the site is a documentation reference, and the conditions describe what that means in practice.
01 Scope of the material
Every page describes configuration behaviour of an order-flow analysis interface. The material is written for readers who already work with such interfaces. It is documentation of settings, not instruction in any activity, and it contains no advice about instruments, markets or the suitability of any tool for any purpose.
Nothing on this site is an offer. No software is hosted here, no service is offered here, and no commercial terms appear anywhere in these pages. Where a product name appears, it identifies the interface being described and nothing more.
02 Permitted reading and quoting
- Read, print and store these pages for personal or internal professional use.
- Quote a passage of reasonable length in a document that discusses configuration behaviour, with an attribution that names this site and the page address.
- Link to any page, including deep links, without asking permission.
- Translate a page for internal use, provided the attribution is preserved.
03 Uses that are not permitted
- Republishing a whole page or a set of pages as if it were your own documentation.
- Removing the attribution from a quotation, or presenting a quotation as vendor documentation.
- Presenting the material as connected with, endorsed by, or originating from any platform vendor.
- Using the material in a context that offers a product, a service or a commercial term, in a way that suggests the material comes from that source.
- Automated harvesting of the pages to build a mirror, index or training set that reproduces the text verbatim without attribution.
Where a use is not listed as permitted and not listed as prohibited, ask the desk before proceeding; the answer is usually yes with an attribution.
04 Accuracy, revision and reliance
Interfaces change. A page states the behaviour observed at the revision tag shown in the site header, and a page can be revised in place at any time without notice. Readers who rely on a page for a decision of their own are responsible for confirming the behaviour in their own configuration. The desk corrects errors when they are reported with a configuration that demonstrates them, but it does not warrant that any page is without error.
Reading these pages does not create any professional relationship with the desk. The desk does not act as an adviser on anything, and no correspondence through the contact route changes that.
05 Liability, changes and contact
To the extent permitted by law, the desk is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the material published here. These conditions may be updated when the site changes; the current version is the one published at this address, and continued reading after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
Questions about quotation, attribution or reuse go to the desk through the details on the contact page. Data handling is described in the privacy policy; the independence notice is on the disclaimer page.
